Possibility of online or face to face pre-registration

There are two ways to take the exams

In person: at a public vocational training centre dependent on the educational administration. When pre-registration is formalised, it will be checked that the interested party has a username and password, and if not, they can access them at the same time.
On-line: to do this, access https://ikasgunea.euskadi.eus through the computer application designed for this purpose by the Department of Education.

It is likely that applications will exceed the number of places offered, so applications will be ranked according to the established criteria.

Simple photocopy of proof of identity (DNI, NIE, TIE or passport).
Certificate of census registration. It is not necessary but it will be taken into account for the ranking.

Academic transcript or document accrediting compliance with the access requirements. It is necessary to present it (Note: people who have studied vocational training courses from the 2015-16 academic year in the Basque Autonomous Community do not need to present an academic transcript).

Pre-registration period: from 11 to 18 March 2025
Provisional lists of successful candidates: 8 April 2025
Complaints to the provisional lists: until 11 April 2025
Definitive lists of successful candidates prior to payment: 7 May 2025
Payment of the public price: until 14 May 2025
Definitive lists of registered students: 21 May 2025
Payment of public prices for those who have passed the entrance exams from the call for assessment and recognition of competences: From 30 May until the working day before the first exam
Testing period: 1 to 30 June 2025
