The Urratsbat Programme is one that is designed to assist in creating companies.
Urratsbat is a programme promoted by the Deputy Ministry for Vocational Training of the Department of Education, Language Planning and Culture of the Basque Autonomous Community Government, and coordinated by TKNIKA.
