Since 2002, Meka LHII has been participating in European projects.
It has extensive experience in the field of internationalization, both in sending students and teachers on mobility programmes and in receiving participants. Our students have done internships in companies in various European countries, such as Finland, France, the UK, Poland, the Czech Republic, Italy, Malta, Greece, Belgium, Portugal, Germany, The Netherlands.
For us, however, Internationalization is about more than mobility. On an everyday basis, we try to get across to our students and teachers, through different activities, everything that internationalization involves. To this end, we try to expand our network every day by creating contacts with other European schools (Networking) and participating in international projects (KA2).
We aim to be a school with its doors open to Europe, attractive to students and staff, who can improve their technical, intercultural, language and personal skills; they are thus trained to be critical, active citizens, who are aware of society, the environment and the European reality.
Erasmus + accreditations
In recent years our school has been able to successfully manage the grants and scholarships of our students and teachers thanks to the accreditations obtained.

Erasmus + KA1
Since 2007, our school has been participating in the ERASMUS project within the European Union’s lifelong education programme.
The main aims are:
- To promote foreign language learning among our students and teachers.
- To improve their professional and personal competences.
- To help our students adapt to the conditions of the European labour market.
- As they gain work experience, to help them acquire specific skills and contribute towards a better understanding of the economic and social environment of foreign countries.
The experience in itself allows the students to become more mature and acquire knowledge about the whole world, while improving their self-promotion skills.
Erasmus + KA1 2024-2025 Call
