Coexistence based on equality

Equality Policy

Education, insofar as it is a transformative practice, must integrate the fundamental principle of equality to develop coexistence and society based on equality.

The need to launch a comprehensive plan has emerged at the school level in an attempt to consolidate the steps taken.  For all these reasons, the objectives of the School Equality Plan are to achieve, through education, equality between the sexes, to end the inequalities that usually occur as a result of gender, and to take measures to combat gender-based violence. Indeed, it aims to contribute towards changing organisational models and education projects in order to provide a basis for ensuring equal opportunities for students.

Many steps still need to be taken to achieve an egalitarian society free from discrimination and gender-based violence. To do this, we must provide our students with an education that will provide them with spaces for awareness-building, active listening, reflection and training on gender, and that is our main challenge. What for? To build equality-identities that promote social transformation and correct what has been incorrectly learned so far.
