IMH and Meka vocational schools celebrated Bosco Day together.
Early in the morning, the quarter-finals, semi-finals and final of the five-a-side football tournament were played at the IMH sports centre. And in the park next to Meka’s Ezenarro building, the treasure hunt began. With a map and answer sheet in hand, under the slogan ‘Elgoibar ezagutu’ (Get to know Elgoibar), participants had to find QR codes throughout the town and answer the questions.
Continuing with the festival, we spent the second part of the morning in Maala Square. There, we had the opportunity to enjoy herri kirolak (sokatira, txokorrak, sako salto), an omelette-making contest, table football, table tennis and playback.
The day ended with the awards ceremony and lunch.
